Microsoft Paint is sometimes underestimated, for example, some people don't know that
you can make outlines in Paint. Of course it won't look like outlines made on Photoshop,
but it won't look horrible. First, choose an image. I will be using the image (shown below):

Paste your image onto Paint. When you outline your image, it is best to outline it using a color
that is used in the actual image. So, using the dropper image, get the bluish color in the paper wrapper.
Now, I should be able to use the color (shown below):

Next, go to Image >> Draw Opaque. Click on those words to disable the opaque tool.
Now, use the paint can icon. Fill up the white background behind the image with the color
that we got from the dropper.

Now comes the hard part. Choose the zoom button, and click on 6x. If you are not familiar with
zooming images, refer to our Zooming Tutorial.

You're almost there! But here comes the most difficult part. Choose the Freeform Crop button, the
one with the picture of the star. Using the crop tool, leave out some blue for the outline of the image.
Crop the other blue part that you don't need. Next, copy the image.
Then, open a new Paint window, and paste it. Save the image, and upload it. Here is my finished product:

Spiffy, eh? It doesn't look too shabby. ^^ Looks pretty neat, actually!
I hope this guide helped you make outlines on Microsoft Paint!
