Making shadow text on Microsoft Paint is quite easy, and adds a nice effect to your graphics. This guide will show you how to make shadow text on Paint.

First, open up Paint. Then, click the text button (the one with the "A" on it). Next, choose a font and a color. I will be using the font "Script MT Bold", and the color I chose was dark gray. Type your desired text. Be sure to leave some room on top of the canvas, which means you move the text to the bottom of the canvas. Then, go to Image >> Draw Opaque. Click on that, so you can layer your text. It should look like this:



After that, type the EXACT same text that you did in the first place. But, you must change the color. I will be choosing the color blue. So, your Paint canvas should now look like this:



Now, this is where it gets kind of tricky. Use the crop tool, the button that has the rectangle outlined in a dashed line pattern, to select the colored text. Drag the colored text over the gray text. However, do not completely cover the gray text. Let some gray show, and then your text will look like it has a shadow. Here is my finished product:
